For commercial clients, we aim to operate a two‑hour service response to minimise downtime and disruption. Our commercial maintenance programs are tailored to suit each facility’s operational needs and compliance requirements. Services include scheduled preventative maintenance (monthly, bi‑monthly or quarterly), as well as responsive repairs across air‑cooled, water‑cooled and chilled‑water systems.

We maintain critical mechanical essential services, including stair pressurisation and fire‑related ventilation systems. Our team carries out routine testing, inspections and documentation to support compliance frameworks and annual certification requirements.
Building Management Systems (BMS) Support
Within our maintenance portfolios, we provide coordination, fault‑finding and minor upgrades to Building Management Systems (BMS). We work closely with integrators to ensure HVAC systems are operating as intended, improving performance, comfort and energy efficiency.
